There’s nothing better than a cold beer (or two) by the fire pit with your friends or family. All we ask is that you please be considerate of our property and leave it the way you found it. This vehicle is used by many families with young kids so we ask that you do your part and respect it.* NO SMOKING INSIDE OF THE UNIT. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking a service fee of $500 will be claimed from your security deposit plus any additional fees needed to clean the unit.* We charge a mandatory $100 preparation and sanitation fee. This fee is NOT a cleaning fee. Renters are required to clean the unit at the end of rental with the provided supplies (i.e. antibacterial spray, paper towels, broom/dust pan, vacuum). Any units left dirty will be charged $50/hr with a one-hour minimum.* If you leave the unit in a state that requires excessive cleaning, you will be charged up to $500.* We allow a maximum of TWO dogs. At no point should the dogs be left unattended in the camper unless they are kenneled. Being in an unfamiliar and enclosed space may cause anxiety resulting in potential damage to the unit. We also ask that the pets are not on the couch to avoid scratching of the leather. Please be courteous of this rule as these vehicles are extremely difficult to fix given the complexity and scarcity of parts. If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a $500 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit.* You should never be on the roof of the unit.* You are not to exceed the posted speed limits.* If you have a pet on the unit without approval there will be a $500 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit.* If unit is returned or picked up with full black or grey tank and renter is not at a site with full hookup, you will be charged an additional $100.* If you are late returning the unit or are not fully moved out of the unit at posted pickup time there will be a penalty fee of $50 per hour.

3.0The RV was totally battered on the outside, had many rips and tears on the inside. Luckily, we did not need air conditioning because we were told we wouldnt be able to use lights or any other electric. We also didnt have a water hookup while others did. We couldn’t use shower and had to use shower and bathroom at facility. We were disappointed. The dining table was rickety and were told to be careful when using. We rented an RV to be self reliant on the premises but that was not the case. If I were to rent again, I would require a newer RV, with one where everything actually worked.

3.0Great drop-off/pick-up and really nice trailer. The only reason for the average review was that the propane must have ran out on the second day because we had no heat for 3 nights. Fortunately, we had access to mummy sleeping bags but it was pretty tough because it was freezing.
