I believe the majority of my issues during our week of camping had to do with this just not being the right camper for our family of 6. We have two older kids and two younger, so sleeping arrangements just weren’t the best for us and the fold out couch was not comfortable to sleep on.

Amber was very responsive to messages in a timely manner, which we greatly appreciated. We were camping close enough(Traverse City) to be able to pick-up and drop-off the camper with our own truck and Amber waived the delivery fee. We also had some damage from our dog and she was super understanding about it.
