2010 Coachmen 21BHThe 2010 Coachmen 21BH Rv is clean and ready for your next adventure. Our campers are checked by a certified mechanic and serviced multiple times a year so that they are ready to go the distance. Rent with confidence with Rental Outfitters our small family business is here to make your trip a great experience! This trailer has a maximum sleeping capacity of 7 people. The travel trailer includes 1 Queen size bed, 3 twin size bunk beds, and the dinette table can be converted into a bed as well. This trailer has 2 axles, a base weight of 4257 lbs, is 21 feet and is approximately 10 feet and 6 inches tall. The trailer has trailer brakes, a weight distribution system. The interior includes a bathroom with a toilet, shower stall and sink, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen sink, cooktop, air conditioner heat, tv and lots of storage cabinets. The exterior has an awning for shade. Also included with the travel trailer is a smoke detector, fire extinguisher, fresh water hose, a black hose (located in the back bumper) used to clean gray and black tanks. A bag of useful tools if needed Including: 1 lug wrench, 1 bottle jack, 1 pair of gloves, 1 stick lighter, 1 screwdriver, 1 water pressure regulator, a 12 volt adaptor, 10 leveling blocks, 2 wheel chock and wood for the stabilization feet can be found in the storage area.*Please make sure you inspect the interior and exterior of the travel trailer before each trip/use and report any damage to Rental Outfitters LLC. imme Please check tire condition and pressure before embarking and make sure all compartments, doors, latches, etc. are secure*After each use Rental Outfitters LLC. will conduct an interior and exterior inspection upon drop off. The travel trailer is expected to be returned in clean condition with all trash and personal belongings removed. In addition all waste tanks must be emptied upon drop off. If you have not emptied the waste tanks it will result in additional fee as prescribed in your rental agreement. If there isn't a waste removal facility available at your destination the closest waste facility to Rental Outfitters LLC. Is listed below, please clean out before drop off. Failure to empty waste tanks will result in a fee as noted in your rental agreement.Local Waste Tank Disposal Location: Fla-Net Park 10 Flanders-Netcong Rd Flanders, NJ 07836 (973)-347-4467 Hours Vary So Please Call Ahead* Renter is also responsible for refilling all propane tanks that were taken at the time of rental. Attached to each tank will be a level gage and leak detector, the renter is responsible for refilling the propane tank(s). Each tank must be refilled before the trailer is returned to avoid any added fees at the return trailer inspection.* Note: Rental Outfitters LLC will conduct a system check on the trailer within 72 hours of its return to insure all appliances and equipment are functioning and present before its next departure. Upon a satisfactory inspection your security deposit will be returned.
