What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We are always willing to work with you. Give us the details of your trip and we will determine if additional accommodations can be made. If you plan to tow yourself and are not taking delivery, we highly recommend making your reservations one day before and one day after your trip. This gives you time at your home to get everything loaded and prepared for your trip and then unladed again before you return "Hayzel" home.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

We will do a walkthrough with you to go over this before you take "Hayzel" on the road. There will also be a handbook inside the unit to explain. Be sure to keep an eye on your tanks throughout your trip. We recommend checking them every morning na evening and always before a shower to determine if you need to flush. If your sinks or shower does not drain it is likely that the tanks are full and it is time to pull them. Upon leaving you always flush your black tank first followed by the grey

How are your RVs cleaned?

A.

Every unit is cleaned and sanitized inside and out before every reservation. Cleanliness is of the upmost importance to us. With that being said, please remember you are in the outdoors a the units are being towed or driven to wherever you are staying. We cannot guarantee a dirt of dust-free experience but we do our best. After all, you are camping.

What is your pet policy?

We welcome any breed of dog so long as they are house trained. Please be sure to check with your campground prior to booking for breed restrictions they may have. We kindly ask that dogs remain off of the furniture and we are happy to provide a bed for your pooch with the purchase of our pet package. No cats or other types of animals are permitted. All persons traveling with pets are subject to an additional pet cleaning fee of $50. See additional pet policy information in rental agreement.
