Vehicle Condition
The quality of the van is low. Appliances didn't work (power bank, sink), exterior didn't match images (rust, damage, cracks), wipers don't work, felt old and unsafe to drive.
Owner Communication
Kate was amazing at communicating and staying in touch. She communicated well with us and replied quickly to all our requests.
