2020 Tiny House Gray/Blue Beach Cottage
Enjoy a Super Clean simple home away from home. Nice cold AC and heater for the winter. Complete with 2 Queen size beds (turn bottom mattress into a couch or take completely out for storage room) Refrigerator, microwave and sink. There is a tall cabinet with shelves for storage, a cushioned bench with storage underneath and a medicine cabinet with a mirror. USB and DC ports, Solar panel for lights when off the grid. Electric is 30 amp or you can reduce to regular 3 prong to use refrigerator and AC. Nice little front porch and a front door with a port hole that has shudders for privacy. Easy setup...2 jacks in the back and the front tongue jack. Connection outside for water supply to the sink and connection for gray water drain. It can be completely set up in 10 minutes.
