Welcome to our 2019 Dutchman Aspen Trail!
Your first impression of our camper will impress you as we keep it extremely clean! The manufacturer claims it sleeps 10, which it will, but will comfortably sleep 6-7 people. Our camper has an outdoor kitchen which is great for breakfast! We have plenty of add ons including, chairs, a fire pit, and more! The shower does have a bathtub which will be great for the little ones.We allow one dog, but please no cats due to a family allergy!We clean our camper throughly between every rental and when we use it ourselves. It is sprayed with high quality disinfectant and all hard surfaces are wiped down with disinfectants as well. All linens are washed with bleach or with Lysol laundry disinfectant. Clean clean clean!Please ask if you have any questions!We only allow delivery and the camper will be set up upon your arrival. You are responsible for the reservations and payment through the campground. We offer a generator at a rate of $50 per night. We provide one tank of gas for it.We provide a laundry basket, so please be sure to throw all dirty linens inside of it.Additional terms:
We ask that you be out one hour to the campground’s check out time. If not, charges are as follows
0-15 minutes late: $100
15-30 minutes late: $200
30-45 minutes late: $300
45-60 minutes late: $400If excessive cleaning is necessary, cleaning will be charged at an hourly rate of $100 per hour. If linens are not put into laundry basket there will be a flat fee of $100. Any damages caused by dogs will be charged dependent on the cost of the repair. Any sign of dog urine of feces will be charged a minimum of $250 for cleaning and sanitation.
