We keep this motor home in very good condition, it has been family used only with super low mileage of 15,000.You will notice the ride on this RV is smooth and easy to drive. It is very spacious and cozy inside to let you enjoy a wonderful trip. Pick-up & Return time can be flexible per your request no more than 3 hours total. If you need more time than 3 hours, a half-day fee will be requested.Notice: As we keep it clean for you, hope you can clean it well in the same way. Please do your clean-up before the return. We will charge a deep-clean and sanitize clean-up fee as below:1. One-time charge of a cleaning fee for both inside & outside: $150; Deep cleaning $450 if the RV is very dirty.2. We don't provide service of Wastewater Dump, please make sure to dump on your own, we could provide instruction and training before your departure; If you still refuse to do it and leave the dump to us, the cost will be over $500 because of the 3rd party payment.I am very friendly to my renters and hope you can enjoy the motorhome with your family, additional charge & labor work are definitely not what I expect.
