Summer Sanctuary is ready for your next relaxing retreat! For our family of three, we made Summer into a cozy camper. Her beds are extra cushy with a 2" foam topper on the Queen and an air mattress underneath one twin for your picky sleeper along with your choice of 4 soft to hard pillows. She has lots of easy storage with added shelving, a bathroom cabinet and cubbies to store all your knick-knacks. You can rest easy in her hard-top, as it keeps outside noise to a minimum. Being a home and mold inspector, I make functionality and cleanliness a top priority! Clean sheets, towels, and pillows plus all the little things you need for a kitchen including a new salt/pepper, sponge, starter trash bags, paper plates and Solo cups, small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster are included with your rental. If you want to bring your own stuff, that's fine too! Just message me and I can take off the prep fee. TV comes with both antenna and cable hook up and is Hdmi accessible for your electronics. Charge your phone through the USB radio hook up! Summer is just the right size for easy pulling, yet a roomy 8 feet wide on the inside and roomy enough for a family of 5 plus a small pet! The bathroom has a shower with toilet and mini tub, which is perfect for young-ins. There is a privacy curtain divider for the queen bed area. If you have a 2" tow hitch that is 15" to 17" high and a brake controller (See Q&A for more details and message me before booking if you DO NOT have a brake controller), you can use our ball and receiver to easily tow Summer with your SUV or small truck. All you need are your clothes and food! With all the things to do around the Northern VA area, Summer is a great destination RV! Come pick her up close to your destination and save on gas! The rental includes bed linens, blankets, comforters, 4 bed pillows, 2 throw pillows, cookware, large and small plates, bowls, coffee mugs, SOLO cups, standard single serve pod/granule coffee maker, dish detergent and sponge, utensils, 6 bath towels, wash clothes, hand towels, kitchen towels, oven mitt, hamper, 4 roll pack of toilet paper, 1 paper towel roll, toilet pods. All surfaces are cleaned and sterilized, and air refreshed between rentals.RecomendacionesWe use Summer for camping at the beach in Delaware and Maryland. Summer is a great destination RV as the Bull Run Regional Park, Shenandoah Mountains, George Washington National Forest, Harpers Ferry and Lake Anna are within 1 hour drive. We can deliver and set up for you at Bull Run Regional Park or Greenville Family Campground. We can do airport pick-ups and drop offs at Dulles airport if needed!Otros detalles importantesSmall pets are accepted on a case by case basis. Only one pet allowed and it will count as one of five person limit. It must be potty trained or kept in a small crate on the lower or upper bunk or kept outside in a larger crate, have nails clipped, recently groomed and it must not be left in the unit alone (The screen door can be easily damaged). There is a $100 deposit for any additional damage that may occur or cleaning that may be necessary.

We love you to feel at home and explore all the ins and outs of Summer Sanctuary, but please no smoking inside, climbing on the roof, or leaning anything against her! Also, her bumper cannot support a bike rack. Renters must disclose any tolls, fees or parking tickets incurred while spending time with Summer.

What should the height of the trailer hitch be?

A.

Our current hitch is 16" on center from the ground. 15" to 17" from the ground will work fine!

What should my SUV capacity be to tow this trailer?

A.

You should have a minimum of 3500 lbs tow weight. The dry weight is 3195 lbs, which does not include the belongings inside or your belongings. Belongings can add up to 500 lbs to the dry weight, so that puts you at 3700 lb tow weight (over the limit if you have a 3500 max). By pulling without liquids (drinks or water in the well and sewage) and packing your belongings in duffel bags, packing food without glass containers (thinks cans and plastic), you can keep the tow weight down to 3500 lbs.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

We are flexible with pick up and drop off times by 4 hours on both ends. If more than 8 hours of flexibility is needed, please inquire first.

What is functional on the RV without Public utilities?

A.

The battery can be used for short periods for lights. An electrical hook up or generator is necessary for well tank pump operation and air conditioning. We currently do not have a generator for rent. A single full 20lb propane tank fuels 6 gal water heater, heater, 2-burner stove and cools mini-fridge. Does not need to be on public water but will need a generator for the well tank pump if you want to have running water using a pre-filled tank.

Hello! Thanks for viewing our Mini called "Summer". We are a family of three who love camping at the beach. I am a home inspector and mold inspector who values cleanliness and functioning appliances! I've put a lot of time into keeping the Mini up to date, clean and well maintained. I hope you soon get exploring and "camper camping" (my hubby and son came up with that because they spend all day in the cozy camper watching tv)!
