5.0Simon was very prompt in answering questions, very helpful to us, have the best experience ever, even giving us extra blankets just in case! The camper had everything we needed, the furnace came in so handy chilly mornings! Very clean, good shape, and reliable truck and camper. Make sure sure you listen to the Yukon CD in the camper! 🙂

5.0We exceeded our mileage limit, so we had to pay for the extra. Their was a problem with the total amount due, but it was really easy and fast to reach out to Outdoorsy and our host to clarify the situation. I would absolutely recommend to other people to rent from this host and use the Outdoorsy platform without hesitation.

5.0Simon was great to deal with and very responsive when we had questions on the road. Truck/camper ran great with no issues with either of them. Dish towel, rag and oven mitts were quite dirty when we got the unit but easy to launder. We bought some extras and left them there. Otherwise the truck/camper was spotless and ready to go. The only true issue we found was the black and grey water indicator lights were not accurate. We are new to using a camper but Simon walked us through them over the phone, reassuring us no issues. I would definitely recommend using the unit.

3.0Camper would not hold charge more than about 30-45 minutes of power for the heat, etc. Did not seem to charge at all off the solar panels. As a result, very cold overnight and uncomfortable. Issues addressed to host but response was unsatisfactory.

4.0Simon was a very responsive camper renter. When we had questions enroute, we would contact him via Outdoorsy and he got back to us immediately. The only drawback to this is if you are travelling in an area without internet - then you don't have this connectivity. I would suggest that he do a simple manual to leave in the camper van for such situations. Overall we were very pleased. The camper was cosy and warm and perfect for our needs.
