Welcome to "Pepper"!Our family has loved every RV adventure from the long weekend to a beach, to a week visiting family, to a 10-week summer trip, to a “once in a lifetime” 100-day adventure with the family. We have visited 29 National Parks, countless state parks and can talk for hours upon hours about the incredible stories from the road. We love sharing that experience to help make your trip flawless! - Comfy "hang out" couch/bunk area with a TV all to yourself!
- A huge loft bed over the cab
- A comfortable sofa by day, but bed by night! The dinette also converts into a bed in seconds to make the RV sleep 9.
- 2 slides to give you more room exactly where you need it!
- EZ-Drive functions making this RV an ease to drive, along safety features like back up & side view cameras and tire pressure monitoring system
- A spacious kitchen with a large counter space and plenty of room for food in the refrigerator, freezer and pantry area.We will take our time making sure your trip is flawless from start to finish. That starts with trip planning help. Then conducting a very detailed walk-through showing the inside and outs of the RV and providing you confidence to relax on your trip. The icing on the cake is the option of simply handing over the keys, while we do all the dirty work by dumping the waste tanks and filling water, propane and gasoline.What is the RV stocked with?
We do not like to "nickel and dime" our renters. We attempt to stock the RV with what you need to enjoy your trip.
- The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, plates, bowls, cups, coffee mugs (of course!), silverware, cooking utensils, knives, cutting board, bowls, strainer, oven dish and more. There is also a small toaster and coffee pot.
- Linen's - I provide a comforter, fitted sheet, flat sheet, mattress pad, and 4 pillows for the main bed. There is also a drawer containing mattress pads and sheets for the other beds in Lucky, however I ask you bring your own blanket and pillows. Towels are not typically provided. If you are flying in or have limited packing space, I will provide extra blankets, pillows, and towels Upon Request and if they are available.One big difference when you rent with me– We have been in business since 2020 and have gained Tons of experience in that time. This RV joined our "litter" for the winter to enjoy some Florida sun and joins 7 other RV's and that continues to grow! If a complication comes up with your RV prior to your reservation, we most likely can switch it out for another similar RV! This is a huge difference than most other RV's listed. We have welcomed many guests into our RV’s. The reviews speak for our success. You are renting with a small family business that takes pride in responding quickly to any question, even if it is 2:00AM. If you are new to the RV world, no worries at all! We hope you treat our "home away from home" with the same love you would your own home!
We have carefully crafted the description and pictures so that you know exactly what you will be renting! We love our RV (Pongo is its name) and we hope you too!
I am one to think there are no rules on vacation, but we do have a few items for you to respectfully follow!
NO SMOKING inside the RV. Most campgrounds have a picnic table and we have one stored in a compartment for you to use. Please smoke OUTSIDE the RV. Many have strong sensitivities to the smell of smoke and we hope to make sure everyone feels welcome. There will be fees assessed to the deposit in order to deep clean the RV based on smoke smells/damage.
PETS ARE ALLOWED, however there are additional pet deposits to accommodate your furry family member! This deposit will cover for any additional damages that a pet could possibly make... screens scratched, chewing walls (yes, I have seen it), destroyed pillows/furniture. If you are traveling with a pet, I highly recommend you purchase the "Damage Protection" option. Your standard insurance covers damages outside the vehicle, but the damage protection provides you reimbursement for the mishaps that could happen inside. It is only $69 for your trip and will reimburse you up to $1500.
KIDS ARE ALLOWED and of course encouraged! Our family had an amazing adventure going to 14 National Parks... trip of a lifetime! We now can't wait for our next long trip Summer 2022! As will your pets, kids can be a little rough on things... I recommend you purchasing the "Damage Protection" to accommodate any mishaps!
FESTIVALS/BOONDOCKING ALLOWED! So many owners prohibit RV's to be used for Festivals (especially Burning Man), as well as Boondocking. From our experience that is due to a few renters destroying RV's, which concerns other RV Owners. As always, the actions of the few "ruin" things for everyone! We are all for you enjoying a festival or finding that perfect secluded spot or farm to boondock on, but you must let us know! We will add on an additional $500 deposit to ensure we are covered for any additional damages that could be incurred. You enjoy your time and we both have peace of mind that we are both covered in case of any random damage occurs! If you do not let us know prior to your trip, there will be a $200 fee deducted from your deposit, in addition to $$ to cover damages incurred.
DO NOT WALK/SIT ON THE ROOF! The roof of RV's is not meant to walk on except for emergency and specific maintenance purposes. Why there is an easy access ladder, RV owners will never know! Please, for your personal safety and to ensure no damages to the RV, stay off the roof of the RV.
